Who We Are

Informing Choices NI (ICNI) are a sexual and reproductive health charity.

Our Services

ICNI advocate for sexual and reproductive health services to meet the needs of all citizens in Northern Ireland.

We provide a sexual health helpline. This is staffed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can also call our helpline on 02890 316100 to self-refer into our non-directive pregnancy choices and post pregnancy counselling service.

We deliver relationships and sexuality education programmes to parents and individuals with a learning disability. Our Understanding Masculinity Project focuses on emotional wellbeing and men.

Our Talk Together Project focuses on the impact that loss and bereavement has on individuals with a learning disability and autistic people and The Menopause Project is an education and research project between ICNI and Ulster University.

ICNI produce the Big Sexy Talk podcast which discusses a range of sexual and reproductive health issues with key decision makers.

We also provide training to healthcare professionals and free sexual and reproductive health information leaflets.

Underpinning our work is the principle that ALL citizens have the right to access high-quality information, education, and sexual and reproductive services without prejudice or discrimination.
